And so it begins
Hey ya'll! Welcome to my little corner of the blogging world. I hope you feel at home here. Take your shoes off, unroll your mat, pick your favorite essential oil to diffuse, and let's chat. Let's talk oils, yoga, coffee, etc.
I'll start. I am a YT200 yoga teacher. I just finished my yoga teacher training this month. I am also hosting my first workshop this month, at my home, Yoga and Essential Oils. I couldn't be more excited. I am also a little nervous. I have been a leader, supervisor, and all around bossy my whole life, but this is new. I have the best support system standing with me and pushing me to be my best. I couldn't have imagined this point in my life working out any better. Enrolling in yoga teacher training was a very blind jump into a pool with unknown depth. But thank God I can swim.
I love this life. I love the way it has changed my way of thinking, way of living, and way of speaking. I no longer belittle myself or others. I try my absolute hardest to be the best person I can be. I thank my yoga teacher for pushing me and opening my eyes to the horrible rhetoric I had with myself. She helped me see that practicing yoga is more than asanas and breathing, it's how we talk to ourselves and others, how we treat our bodies, and so many more things.
I am also excited to say that I have jumped on the Essential Oil train. They are so amazing and can do so much for you and your body. I signed up to promote and sell Young Living. I believe in their Seed to Seal promise. I believe in their product, and again, I have the best support team.
I can't wait to share my journey with ya'll. Let's see where this goes.
Namaste
